candida gets thrown around a lot. i’m not sure what it is or how you know you have it. anyone?

Apparently this spit test will tell you:

If you spit sinks to the bottom, you have it. Marchiesa said that she had a blood test to test for it too.

It is basically supposed to be the overgrowth of bad bacteria from too much yeast in your system and creates an imbalance.
