Hi,
this is my first time posting here but I've read this forum for a long time and appreciate it a lot. I've been raw for 3 months and one of the first things I noticed was that my periods got better. But now, 3 months in, I still have problems with much pain etc. I've read that some people have success with fasting to alleviate endometriosis, and am looking for more information on that approach. And I am also curious in anything else that may help! Does anyone have any experience? Also if you have any links or directions to other resources about this I would be very grateful.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post, looking forward to learning from your experiences.

Welcome to the forum!
A diet that helps to reduce inflammation should help at least some with the pain. I'd be very careful about fruit because of that, especially if you have any sensitives or allergies. A diet heavier on veggies can be a very good thing.
Hey, congrats on sticking with raw for 3 months! That’s a big deal. I’ve dealt with painful periods too, and while I haven’t tried fasting specifically for endo, I did notice that cutting back on processed foods and adding more anti-inflammatory stuff like turmeric and leafy greens made a difference for me. I’ve also found that heat pads and light yoga really help when things get rough. Everyone’s different, so it might be worth trying a few things to see what clicks for you.
