When I juice watermelon, that’s when I use the rind and the seeds. That helps to cut down on the sugar that you get if you just use the fruit. The just still tastes delicious, but is not quite as sweet.
Some people throw an ince of the rind right into the blender with the watermelon when making smoothies. Ohhhhh I cannot seem to get enough watermelon these days. I’ve been eating it for breakfast and lunch for the past week!!!!! It’s just so juicy, sweet and refreshing!! I live in AZ, and it’s hot here, so watermelon is perfect :) Cheers!
