Dry Skin Brushing

I completely forgot about dry skin brushing as a therapy. I came across my old skin brush today in the cupboard and gave it a shot before getting in the shower. Wow i feel energized and great forgot how good it was.

Its meant to get the lymph moving aswell as circulation and has quite a few benefits in turn to health aswell as beauty:).

Anyone else dry skin brush? The brushes arent expensive which is good.

    Yes! What a great topic to bring up, powerlifter! I love how energized I feel after dry brushing. And also idk if anyone else has noticed, but it definitely helps with muscle definition if you do it every day :)

    Nell, are you in the UK or i could suggest some vendors.

    Try searching dry skin brush and where ever your located. There pretty cheap which is also a bonus. The hard part is remembering to do it daily. So i have no put it next to the taps on my bath/shower so i remember to do a quick skin brush. Doesnt take long but the benefits ive had out of it make it very worth doing daily.
