Two things really- One : I'm a fan of Jonsi and Alex's music and Sigur Ros and found out about raw veganism through these two artists- their recipes are amazing and I made their strawberry pie and it was very nice, so I was interested in incorporating more raw food into my diet. Two: I've chronic eczema and have been doing research into a cure for it and found that many people have found that a wholefood (with lots of raw food) diet cures one of eczema. So I'm going high raw tommorrow! (I'm already vegan). I'm hoping that in two weeks I will see the eczema going. I'm in a lot of pain- got it on my hands and arms up to the elbows; it's red, hot and sore. If a high raw diet cures this I'll be telling everyone! I've tried almost everything to rid myself of it and nothing gets rid of it for long- in fact this bout shows no signs of going.
I can see why you are satisfied eating so many bananas- they are very filling. I only have one for breakfast and I'm full! If I put one in a smoothie with another fruit and a bit of juice I cannot drink it all right away and it keeps me full for about 3 hours or so.You will need more then me durianrider as I'm a lot older than you ( the metabolism slows as one gets older- that's why middle aged spread comes) female, small in height and not an athlete.
