I was thinking about greens and what they say about you today after I got my favorite greens - collard today at the grocery store when I got so excited when they had them and I got 4 large bunches equalling 6.5 pounds and I was sooooo happy. I used self checkout and an African lady working there asked me who I was buying all this food for and she was surprised when I said myself especially the greens (I think she wondered why a white boy was getting greens) and we talked for a little about my diet and how she likes to cook her greens. Well I was thinking and this is what I have come up with what your favorite greens say about you.
Collard Greens -
Calm, cool, and relaxed. But your personality and inner self are larger than life (since the leaves are so huge)
Mustard Greens -
Oh man you like life spicy. Life is best enjoyed with spice here and there and everywhere. Life is an adventure to you and it's all about having fun
Kale -
You are a classic, you are reliable, and you can stand the test of time no matter the trials.
Spinach -
Cool, mild, most likely a busy or easily stressed person. You are giving and love spreading joy and happiness.
Turnip -
?
Romaine -
Diverse and plentiful. You like action but not too much, life does need a steady constant pace for you to be happy
Green leaf-
A conformer. You like fitting in but you have lots of energy
Beet -
?
Parsley-
Life is full of fun and eating anything. You probably eat a lot of fat but who cares what you eat you are active in all parts of life.
Cilantro- (probably my second favorite green)
You are usually happy in life and life is like waves going back and forth to the shore - its best to ride them and learn the flow and rhythm of life and just flow with it.
Well I had some fun thinking about this share what you think your favorite green says about you and what green you are.

This is great!
I LOVE mustard greens and kale. I don't know if I could choose between the two.
Can I post this to my blog? I would link to your site
Thanks!
I don't like Mustard greens or at least when I tried a little bit at the store I didn't like it have any suggestion on how I can enjoy them? My Grandma loves mustard greens with kale (cooked greens though). It seems they need to be balanced out with something like kale. It seems mustard greens would go good in a hearty and spied/spicy dish of some sort.
You can post to your blog if you want. But could you link me to your blog so I can take a looksy?
Very funny.
Beet greens - there's more to you than meets the eye. You don't care about appearances or superficial things, but could stand to lighten up a little!
I don't know what "Green leaf" is here - but my favorite is Swiss Chard, which isn't on the list.
