Hello everyone I am a 30 year old married male in Ottawa, Ontario I have 4 kids and have chosen the raw life style as a means to combat high cholesterol and loose weight. Fingers crossed I hope this works�. I love life and my family and plan on living for a very long time�.and with all the great looking and sounding foods i don’t think I’ll have to much of an issue getting healthy…If anyone have any tips please feel free, Cheers
