2 mangoes (diced)
½ red onion (diced)
½ minced jalapeno (seeded or not to taste)
2 limes (juiced)
Salt and pepper (to taste)

If you seed the jalepenos it just adds a lovely flavor not too much heat at all. I'm a wuss when it comes to spicy foods!
